“BringtheHoopla” brings the FUN back into fitness! In this outdoors, high-energy 4 week (hula) hoop program, we combine physical fitness with a variety of hoop games that build stamina and focus, foster team-building, leadership and cooperative play.
We teach on and off body hoop tricks while enjoying age-appropriate music and creating a welcoming environment where creativity and self-expression are encouraged. We use the hoops as a form of play, dance and exercise and we build self-confidence through movement!
There is never a dull moment in this class! Perfect for boys and girls. Grades 1 through 5. This is a perfect social distancing activity!
Hoopla hoops are provided for duration of program. Hoops are also available for purchase.
